COTTAGES/RENTAL CAMPERS/TINY HOUSE
We have six housekeeping cottages. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms (full-size mattresses) and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area. One family (6 people or 4 adults) per cottage.
All cottages and campers have full bathrooms and kitchens, complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cookware and dishes, and an outdoor grill. Linens (bedding and towels) and toiletries are not included.
Cottages 1-3 have screened porches that overlook the lake, cottages 4-6 have fire pits and also have a view of the lake.
NO PETS IN COTTAGES. NO SMOKING IN COTTAGES.

RENTAL CAMPERS
LOT 74: 2018 Springdale. Sleeps 6 people maximum. Deck, picnic table and fire pit are included. This camper is on lot 74 and is near playground, volleyball and basketball courts. Rates are same as cottages below. Air conditioning included.
Linens (bedding and towels) and toiletries are not included.
LOT 61: 2019 Springdale. Sleeps 6 people maximum. Deck and picnic table are included with a fire pit only a few steps away. This camper is on lot 61 and is near the cottages with a view of the lake. Rates are the same as cottages below. Air conditioning included.

The Half (aka: the tiny house):
Sleeps 2 people. Large deck with a beautiful lake view. Small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Charcoal grill on deck. Linens and towels included. Please bring toiletries.
RATES:
Cottages and Campers: $150/night (minimum of two nights)
$800/week - Friday to Friday.
Deposit required is 50% of reservation total
Holidays: $150/night (minimum of THREE nights)
Non-refundable payment in full required for reservation.
AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL COTTAGES, NOW INCLUDED IN PRICE.
Check in at 3:00pm - Check out at 10:00am.
There is NO cable or public Wi-Fi on premises.
Day visitors are to register in the office: $5.00 per person per day.
Visitors are not permitted to bring pets or watercraft.
